This voucher is provided by the Government to encourage households to choose appliances that use less electricity. Each eligible household will receive a voucher that can be used when buying selected appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters, and more from approved retailers or authorized service providers.
By using this voucher, you can save money upfront and also enjoy lower electricity bills in the long run because newer aircons consume less power.
How to Check Your Climate Voucher Balance?
Before using the voucher, you should check how much voucher value you have. Follow the steps below:
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Open the Singpass App
Make sure you are logged into your Singpass account. - Tap on “My Services”
This section lists different government service links. - Search for “Climate Voucher”
Type in Climate Voucher or Climate Friendly Household Programme. - Select “Check Voucher Balance”
You will be able to see: - Total voucher value
- Remaining balance
- Expiry date
- Save QR Code (Optional)
Some users may choose to save the voucher QR code for faster checkout.
How to Redeem Your Climate Voucher?
You can redeem your voucher easily when you purchase your air conditioner.
Here’s How to Redeem:
- Visit an Authorized Retailer / Service Provider
Make sure the store or company accepts Climate Vouchers.
(We are an authorized service provider and can accept Climate Vouchers for aircon purchases.) - Choose an Energy-Efficient Air Conditioner
Look for 4 or 5 tick energy rating models for best savings. - Tell the Staff You Want to Use Your Climate Voucher
Show your voucher QR code from Singpass. - Voucher Will Be Scanned and Deducted Immediately
The discount will appear directly on your invoice.
Pay Any Remaining Amount
If the voucher does not cover the full price, simply pay the balance.
Choose the Amount to Spend and click the Show voucher

How Much Can You Claim When Buying an Aircon?
When buying a new aircon using the Climate Voucher, you can claim up to SGD $400 depending on the voucher amount you have. This amount will be deducted directly from your bill when making the purchase.

- System 2 / System 3 / System 4 (if eligible models are chosen)

Terms and Conditions when purchase the product with Climate vouchers
- Climate Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or store credit.
- No change will be given if the voucher amount is more than the purchase value.
- Voucher usage must match the name / NRIC holder of the household.
- Vouchers from different home addresses cannot be combined in one purchase.
- For physical vouchers, damaged or torn vouchers cannot be accepted.
