This section lists different government service links. - Search for “Climate Voucher”
Type in Climate Voucher or Climate Friendly Household Programme. - Select “Check Voucher Balance”

- Remaining balance
- Expiry date
- Save QR Code (Optional)

Make sure the store or company accepts Climate Vouchers.

- Tell the Staff You Want to Use Your Climate Voucher
Show your voucher QR code from Singpass. - Voucher Will Be Scanned and Deducted Immediately
The discount will appear directly on your invoice.
Pay Any Remaining Amount
If the voucher does not cover the full price, simply pay the balance.

How Much Can You Claim When Buying an Aircon?
When buying a new aircon using the Climate Voucher, you can claim up to SGD $400 depending on the voucher amount you have. This amount will be deducted directly from your bill when making the purchase.

Terms and Conditions when purchase the product with Climate vouchers
- Climate Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or store credit.
- No change will be given if the voucher amount is more than the purchase value.
- Voucher usage must match the name / NRIC holder of the household.
- Vouchers from different home addresses cannot be combined in one purchase.
- For physical vouchers, damaged or torn vouchers cannot be accepted.

Yes, you can use Climate Vouchers for System 2, System 3 or System 4 aircon if the selected model is eligible under the programme. Before purchasing, confirm that the outdoor and indoor unit combination qualifies as a 5-tick aircon system.
Can Climate Vouchers be used for aircon installation charges?
Climate Vouchers are mainly meant to offset the cost of eligible energy-efficient products. Some retailers may process the voucher as part of the total purchase package, while installation, piping, trunking, bracket, electrical work or extra materials may be charged separately depending on the package. Always confirm this before payment.
How do I redeem my Climate Voucher when buying aircon?
You can redeem your Climate Voucher by showing the voucher QR code to the participating retailer. The official guide says residents should present proof of address with the voucher, choose the amount to spend, tap “Show voucher,” and show the QR code to the cashier.
Do I need Singpass to claim the Climate Voucher?
Yes. Eligible households can claim the digital Climate Vouchers by logging in through Singpass. Only one member from each eligible household needs to claim the voucher for the registered address.
Can I use Climate Vouchers from another household address?
No. Climate Vouchers from different households cannot be combined for one transaction. The voucher should be used according to the household’s registered address and programme rules.
Can I combine Climate Voucher with aircon promotion price?
In most cases, yes, you may use the Climate Voucher together with an ongoing aircon promotion if the retailer allows it and the selected aircon model is eligible. However, the final discount, balance payment, and package inclusions should be confirmed before purchase.
What happens if my aircon price is lower than my voucher amount?
Climate Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, store credit, gift cards or cash vouchers. If the voucher amount used is higher than the purchase value, the unused amount may not be refunded, so choose the spending amount carefully before showing the QR code.
When do Climate Vouchers expire?
Climate Vouchers can be claimed and used until 31 December 2027, based on current programme information.
